My private psychotherapeutic practice has existed since 1996. After 13 years of family therapy in institutions I started my own practice. My work since then included 6 years of individual and group therapy on a Cancer Ward at Kassel’s Habichtswaldklinik Hospital.

Yoga and Meditation

Along with my two business partners A. de Neufville and B. Lehmann I opened the “Practice for Yoga and Meditation” in Kassel in 1996. In this context I offer meditation courses, yoga classes and training and professional training in both these disciplines.

I give private sessions in yoga and can draw up individual programs for home practice, including complementary yoga therapy to cope with particular illnesses, like asthma, migraine, sleeplessness, stress, cancer, muscle and joint aches and back problems.
