I was born in 1954. I’m a psychotherapist, social worker, naturopath, yoga teacher (Bund Deutscher Yogalehrer / European Yoga Union) and practitioner of the ‘Würzburg School for Contemplation’ founded by Father Williges Jäger.

After receiving my degree in social studies I worked for 12 years in family counselling and therapy at the Kassel youth welfare department. During that time I studied holistic family therapy with Prof. Verena Krähenbühl / Darmstadt, I earned a degree in Naturopathy and became certified as a Yoga Teacher with the BDY/EYU. The different areas of my professional training enrich each other and complement my Zen outlook towards life.

In 1996 I started the “Practice for Yoga and Meditation” with A. de Neufville and B. Lehman - now a BDY/EYU accredited school for training yoga teachers. At the same time I started my own private psychotherapy practice specializing in Holistic Family Therapy and Family Constellation courses as developed by Bert Hellinger.

From 1996 to 2001 I worked as a psychotherapist for individuals and groups on a hospital ward in Kassel, primarily focusing on Family Constellation therapy for people suffering from cancer.

Currently my main focus is on Family Constellation Seminars, I have done about 2500 sessions for individuals and groups within the last eight years.
